Christine and I developed an iPhone / iPod Touch application which lets you keep track of wines that you like and even buy them online. Version 1.0 turned out fairly well, but we’re enthusiastic to get feedback from users to enhance it for 2.0. Check it out. If you like it or think it has potential, put a good review on the app store. If you don’t like it, don’t review it. :-) Just send us an email and tell us how we can make it better for you.

So this year we headed to Florida to see the Grandma, the Keys, Orlando and a surprise or two along the way.

Happy Holidays to everyone. We did not get a chance this year to do our traditional Christmas Letter due to the writers strike. :-)

Here are some photos of the kids to make up for it.

Internal turmoil and politics created an unfriendly and unproductive environment. I only know too well that it will take a couple of years to sort it all out (you don’t work at a company for 17 years without experiencing this a few times). At this point in my career, I wasn’t interested in trying to stick it out. It’s a great company, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and am very grateful for the experience.

After departing in April, I worked independently as a User Experience Professional for several months. For the last several years at IHG, I was responsible for the Experience Design Team - working to do what’s right for the customer and make their experience with the company the best it could be.

On October 1, 2007 I joined OneSpring, a small consulting firm in Atlanta. I now help companies define better product/project requirements and improve usability in innovative new ways. I am proud to have worked with clients such as Delta Airlines, Wachovia, Equifax, King & Spalding, Cox Communications and Cbeyond in my short tenure there. I am really excited for the future. We’re growing fast and have a lot of phenomenal plans.
